Women empowerment has gained momentum, all over the world through activism. More women than ever before have access to better opportunities. Yet, gender equality disparities remain across the world. The lack of female representation in fields like Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) is a global issue that requires awareness but mostly immediate ACTION.
The digital revolution is disrupting industries, and the tech industry is reshaping the world. It looks like there is a lot of innovation everywhere and sometimes it looks revolutionary. However, when you look in details there is an important segment of society underrepresented and actively playing a role in this transformation; WOMEN.
The Inspiring Women Summit 2020 will address this issue guided by the theme “let equality bloom” and three pillars; honor and celebrate women who changed the world, plant the seed in uneven fields and finally let equality bloom.
It is one day of workshops, speeches, breakout sessions, guided networking, and more. The mission is to bring AWARENESS, empower, educate and equip women with the knowledge and community to bloom professionally!
Bittersweet-club welcomes women of all ages and professional backgrounds to come together, to have a one-day event filled with inspiration.
Don’t worry if you are not a woman in STEM, what is important is that you are aware and that you can help other women to bridge the gap.
Join us to review history, celebrate powerful women, visualize your powers based on these role models! Get the tools to identify your own bias but most importantly break the pattern to truly make change! Lets learn about; how can we influence young generations to pursue a career in STEM, how can we bridge the gap to finally let equality bloom? Join us and be part of the change!
